Visit our Showroom
Our Wedding dressmaking team is based in Stepaside, Dublin 18. We welcome you to experience the wedding dressmaking process by viewing our full collection of silks, lace and bridal fabrics. Samples of silks may be acquired at no charge. Our showroom also has several bridal gowns on display illustrating the craftsmanship, creativity and finish on our bridal wears. Meeting our bridal design consultant or bridal maker is by appointment.
Concepts
Within the overall wedding dress design process, various design concepts may be discussed in private surroundings, sketch’s drawn and fabrics options discussed. A guideline price may be given at this early stage with a view to preparing a toile (mock up) to confirm the design. Changes may be made and often more than 1 toile needs to be made. Perfecting the toile leads to the preparing and cutting of the silks. Appointments continue as often as necessary and at a pace that suits the bride.
Creation
Our Wedding dressmaking team, are hugely experienced within the bridal Industry. They create bridal dresses for individual clients and welcome your ideas and inspirations in creating a unique and special bridal dress. All dresses created by Irish Bridal Couture use a combination of luxurious fabrics such as the finest of Dupion, Thai, Crepe, Chiffon, Organza, Mikado, Duchess silks and Bridal lace in corded, beaded, Chantilly and Guipure. The Irish Bridal Couture collection includes a very appealing selection of bridal beading trimming’s and motif’s.
Payment
Payment is requested at 2 stages – pre toile and on completion/collection of the gown.
